Our herbal tea packs consists of 6 different types of ingredients. We use Dang Sheng, Beiqi, Red Dates, Black Dates, Longan and Wolfberries in our herbal tea packs. Such a concotion is not only good for improving your blood circulation, it also helps to promotion Qi. One packet of herbal tea is good for 2 litres of water.

INGREDIENTS: Longan, Red Dates, Dang Shen, Bei Qi, Red Dates and Black Dates.
PREPARATION:
- Rinse herbs with water, separate wolfberries from the rest of the herbs.
- Fill a pot with 1.5 litres - 2 litres of water.
- Place herbs into the pot.
- Bring the concoction to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
- 5 minutes before serving, empty the packet of wolfberries into the pot.
- Finally, serve while hot.
Store excess herbal drink in a keep warm flask to enjoy throughout the day.
Do not consume an overnight herbal drink.
