• Only first time participants who fulfil the following conditions are eligible to join the Nestlé FamilyNes.
• Participant must be Singapore resident or permanent resident with a valid Singapore contact number and address;
• Participant must have given their consent to receive promotional and marketing messages from Nestlé (Singapore) Pte Limited (”Nestlé”) by telephone calls and text messages for product or promotional updates in order to enjoy full member privileges, and
• Participant must have completed and submitted this form to Nestlé FamilyNes.
• The Nestlé FamilyNes Welcome Kit  (the "Kit") is only for participants who are pregnant at the point of registration. Limited to 1 Kit (the "Kit") per household, while stocks last.
• Kindly expect the redemption of the Welcome Kit to be processed and delivered between 4-8 weeks from redemption request.
• For online sample requests, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for processing and delivery. Only one sample is allowed per household, subject to the age restrictions according to the product. Careline will call for verification prior to fulfillment. Samples will not be processed for invalid requests and duplicated requests.
• The Kit (the "Kit") is given on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
• Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and Kit (the "Kit") is the property of their respective owners.
